We are what we repeatedly do. is not an act, but a habit
It represented excellence to the Greeks. It was the pinnacle of moral, physical, and spiritual greatness in humankind. It is what MCFS sought after. It is what you are pursuing right now.
How do we get there, though? Well, it calls for a particular way of thinking. because intelligence, inspiration, and talent alone are insufficient.
Aristotle claimed that acts are what shape a person’s virtues. According to the author Will Durant, “We are what we continually do… therefore excellence is not an act, but a habit.”
Or, to put it another way, excellence isn’t something you do just once. It is an approach to life. It is fundamental. It works like an operating system, and habit is the operating code.
As Epictetus would later put it matching capability is confirmed and grows in its corresponding actions, running after running, and walking after walking… So, if you want to change anything, create a habit out of it. Therefore, in order to achieve happiness, prosperity, and greatness, we must acquire the skills and daily routines necessary for these things to happen.
The news is excellent. because it implies that great improvements or outstanding results are possible without impossible efforts or mystical formulas. It requires small tweaks, sound systems, and appropriate procedures. Items like:

Where we go and how we spend our time are both influenced by the people in our lives.
Nothing is more effective than a good habit. There is nothing that slows us down as much as a bad habit. What we do defines us. Who we can be depends on what we do.
As you are aware, These influences have affected your life in both positive and negative ways, which is regrettably all too common.
The time has come to start developing these abilities and using them effectively. To no longer be a passive observer of our own virtues and vices—to cease being dragged around by habit.
